Bay Area Engagement: Lindsey and Drew

These two met while following their passion as teachers. Both teaching Math and Science to 5th and 6th graders. It didn't take these two long to calculate just how much they had in common. Not only do they both love teaching, they love to travel, hike, spend time at the beach, and cook.

Drew knows a good thing when he sees it. It was a little over three years ago after dating for some time, he asked Lindsey if she wanted to be with him. Before she could answer that question definitively, she had to clarify, "would I be the only one". Now if you know Lindsey you know she loves to heckle. What can I say about these two. He keeps her laughing, she keeps him on his toes.

They've been engaged for a year now and their wedding is fast approaching. Thanks Drew and Lindsey for allowing me to photograph your engagement. Can't wait for your wedding day!

Christmas 2010 and the much coveted item

So, I've been searching for the best camera bag to buy. I need one to use while I am out on photo shoots. I wanted something that I could put my extra lenses in and be able to quickly and easily change them on the fly. Well, I found my perfect match... The ShootSac! This baby has it all. It seemed like the perfect bag for any photographer. This bag is lightweight, conforms to your body and is actually stylish. You can even buy fun covers if you don't want the simple black one. So fun! Well, this was the bag I had my eye on. I needed to wait until my budget would allow for it though. I'm sure it's worth every penny.

Well, it's Christmas morning and my husband hands me a gift. I was thinking it looks like he bought me a really nice sweater or a cute pair of jeans. A girl can always use a new pair of jeans, right? Well, as I opened my gift I was beyond surprised! Let me tell you peeps, I've got the best hubs ever! I can't wait for my next photo shoot!
